Eye health
Lutein and zeaxanthin do the work here. Three American references carry them, two tablets and a softgel, at 500, 800 and 1000 mg per unit. One tablet adds blueberry. The Italian stick goes another way, bilberry at 250 mg with grape seed at 100 mg, swallowed dry. A Spanish capsule leaves carotenoids out and works on vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc and omega-3, for the ocular surface. It is also the only one that starts at 3,000 units, against 5,000 for the rest. The sixth reference is Italian and declares no actives. A Turkish capsule adds lutein at 10 mg with zeaxanthin and bilberry, which makes 7 formulations, and the buyer is usually a distributor who already sells eye drops. One more, in capsules, made in Poland since September 2026.
