Most of this range is sunscreen spray: SPF 30 and SPF 50 in an O/W lotion base, in alcohol and in water, next to gels, oils, drops, sticks and a mousse. The list runs to 44 formulations, all filled under your brand at one GMP-certified cosmetics site in Germany. Minimum 100 or 500 units per SKU. A mineral zinc-oxide cream, a children’s lotion SPF 50+ and an after-sun spray are on it too. Quotation on request.
Sun protection and after-sun (27)
Sprays make up most of this block: O/W lotion sprays, alcoholic sprays, an aqueous spray and a two-phase spray. After them come a gel, a transparent stick, two oils, drops, a mousse and an SPF 15 powder. The filters are chemical UVA and UVB, apart from one zinc-oxide cream at SPF 30. A water-resistant lotion at SPF 50 and the after-sun spray with aloe vera and panthenol sit here as well. Two 50 ml SPF 30 face lotions sit here too, a rich one with beta-glucan and almond oil and a water-resistant one on squalane.
Specialty sun and day care with SPF (12)
This block belongs on the face-care shelf more than the summer stand. Day creams at SPF 15, 20 and 30, two of them with pro-vitamin D. An anti-ageing fluid at SPF 50+ built on oryzanol, hyaluronic acid and ceramides. Then a clean stick at SPF 50 PA+++, a water-resistant sport fluid for the face and a children’s lotion at SPF 50+.
Self-tanning and glow (5)
Colour here comes from erythrulose, in the drops and in both mousses, light and dark. The spray works with red algae extract. One SPF 50 fluid carries dihydroxyacetone next to the filters, so a tan and SPF 50 come out of one bottle. It gives the summer stand something to do after August.

Specifications and the certificate of analysis come with the goods. The technical documents your responsible person needs for the EU product information file are prepared in-house.
04 — Production and delivery
Written timeline first, then quality release, then shipment EXW or delivered. Sun care is seasonal. Decide the reorder before the first pallet leaves and it runs on the same file.
Private-label facts, answered upfront.
What is the minimum order quantity for private-label sun care?
Most SKUs start at 100 or 500 units. A few sit higher, for example the broad-spectrum SPF 50+ at 5,000 units. You can put several volume tiers into one enquiry and get an offer for each.
Which SPF levels and filter systems are available?
SPF 15, 20, 30, 50 and 50+. Nearly all of them run on chemical UVA and UVB filters. One cream uses mineral zinc oxide at SPF 30. Sprays come in three bases: O/W lotion, alcohol and water. Outside the sprays there are oils, drops, gels, a mousse, sticks and a powder at SPF 15.
Can the formulation be adjusted for my brand?
Inside our validated system, yes. Fragrance, tint, water resistance and pack size are the usual changes. Actives such as hyaluronic acid, peptides or pro-vitamin D can move between formulas. A new filter system is a development project, not a variation.
Which documentation do I receive for the EU market?
Formulations are developed under the EU Cosmetics Regulation. Specifications and the certificate of analysis are supplied with the project. So are the technical documents your responsible person needs for the product information file.
Do you publish prices?
No. Filters, pack format and volume change from one range to the next, so every project gets its own offer. Send a short briefing and the quotation comes back in writing.
Are there after-sun and self-tanning products in the same range?
Yes. The after-sun spray works with aloe vera, panthenol and an NMF complex. Self-tanning drops, a spray and two mousses sit next to it. Everything is filled at the same site, so the summer shelf comes from one producer.
Is a private-label sunscreen from Germany EU-compliant?
Yes. Our site in Germany is GMP-certified and fills sunscreen under the EU Cosmetics Regulation. It issues the SPF and UVA test reports, the product information file and the safety assessment for each formulation; ask for them with the quotation. For Iraq the same documents support the import file.
