Your trademark and your registration
To register your products in Iraq, we set up the marketing authorisation holder in Germany and the EU under your brand, for food supplements and for medicines, and prepare its file.
We also file your brand as a trademark in Germany and the EU, in your own name.
A site registration is not a product registration: we promise no approval, no acceptance and no date for your product. The market file is prepared during production.

In whose name is the product filed in Iraq?
Under your own licence holder and your brand. A file from a registered production site is easier, and for medicines the health authority of the country of manufacture issues the certificate of pharmaceutical product (CPP), which we request for your file.
Who legalises the documents?
Legalisation runs through the chamber of commerce and then the Iraqi embassy; it is listed in the offer as a separate item.
